Your subscription begins from the day that the payment is received. We will be sending you a notification 3 weeks prior to the next subscription is coming due. You can cancel your subscription by reply back to us at least 1 week prior to the next subscription is coming due.

We pride ourselves with the services that we provide. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided, please contact us directly with your complaint. We will investigate the matter thoroughly. If the investigation has found that the services provided are subpart of our high standard, we are happy to refund the cost for the services that you are unsatisfied with back to you.
